Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Valantor, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving our on-premise product—a fully containerized Helm chart–based solution deployed into customer-managed Kubernetes clusters. You’ll ensure that every deployment is reliable, secure, and reproducible across diverse enterprise environments.

You’ll also help build and scale the infrastructure behind Valantor’s cloud APIs, designing Terraform-based provisioning, Kubernetes automation, and CI/CD pipelines that allow our AI systems to process data at massive scale. This is a deeply technical role where precision, performance, and reproducibility matter—your work will directly shape how enterprises deploy and operate Valantor’s AI globally.

About Valantor

Valantor is a full-stack AI + humans platform purpose-built for the BPO industry. We’re tackling the hardest problems in document processing—insurance claims, contracts, invoices, and other unstructured files—where today armies of humans still do the work. Our AI platform delivers unparalleled accuracy at scale, automating processes that were previously impossible to handle without large human teams.

Our proprietary AI technology has been in development for more than six years, and we were among the first beta users of OpenAI in 2021, giving us a head start in applying frontier AI to real-world enterprise problems. This technology has been engineered to process billions of unstructured documents with unmatched precision.

Our leadership team has built and exited multiple companies in BPO and enterprise software, with a track record of selling billions in solutions globally. We’ve combined that experience with world-class AI technology to create a platform that sets a new standard for accuracy, scalability, and enterprise readiness.

Joining Valantor means joining early—but not risky. We’ve raised significant capital, completed multiple strategic acquisitions, and are already generating tens of millions in revenue. It’s a unique chance to help shape a company that blends startup energy with enterprise scale, backed by veteran operators with deep vertical expertise.
